Please join us for the September Lunch & Learn: The Future of Utah's Diverse Workforce. Pat Jones, the CEO of the Women’s Leadership Institute and Ross Romero, the CEO of Inclusion Strategies will discuss the talent that exists in Utah Women and ethnically diverse communities that keeps Utah moving. Understanding gender differences can propel the success of individuals and companies. Pat will provide a provocative, entertaining and educational journey through the complimentary differences between the thinking of men and women and the value of connecting with diverse communities. Ross will expand on Utah’s demographic changes and the need to include new and diverse talent to meet workforce needs, as well as why workplace inclusion adds revenue growth and profitability.
