Join us for an exciting trip to our nation's capitol city in May 2025. This will be a mix of meetings with each member of the Utah delegation, key agencies as well as uniquely cultivated tours or other activities together with our allied Utah business associations of Utah Petroleum, Utah Mining, Utah Manufacturers, Utah food Industry and Utah Rural Electric Cooperative. This event is open to Chairman Circle, Platinum & Gold Level members.

Sunday, May 4

• Fly into airport of your choice in the Washington, D.C. area
• Check into the Residence Inn 1233 First Street SE, Washington DC, 20003

Monday, May 5 *Bus

Casual Attire - wear good walking shoes 

08:00 am - Depart for Fort Belvoir, National Museum of the United States Army with Congresswoman Celeste Maloy 

09:00 am – Arrive at Fort Belvoir

09:15 am – Begin Tour

10:45 am – End Tour & Visit Gift Shop/Bathroom

11:05 pm – Depart for – Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, (14390 Air and Space Museum Pkwy Chantilly, VA 20151)

11:50 am – Arrive and Lunch at Shake Shack

01:10 pm - Tour Museum (2 hours: Self-Guided) 

03:00 pm – Finish Tour, visit gift shop, bathroom, etc.

03:20 pm – Depart for Hotel

04:10 pm – Arrive at Residence Inn (Change Clothes, Catch up on Emails, Etc.)

Change Into Business Attire (wear comfortable shoes for Capitol Tour)

05:30 pm – Depart for Library of Congress, West Dining Room *Walking or Rideshare, 8-minute ride or 22-minute walk. 0.9 miles

05:50 pm – Arrive at Library of Congress

06:00 pm – Dinner  

06:30pm-7:30pm – Senator John Curtis will speak to the group

08:00 pm – Depart for US Capitol

08:10 pm – Arrive at US Capitol and begin tour with Congressman Blake 

09:30 pm – Finish tour

09:30 pm – Depart for Hotel *Walking or Rideshare

Tuesday, May 6 *Walking/Rideshare

Business Attire (suit jacket preferred)

09:00 am – Depart for the Library of Congress *Rideshare 8 minutes, or walking–roughly a 20 min walk 0.9 miles
09:30 am – Library of Congress, self-guided tour
11:00 am – Finish Tour

11:10 am – Depart for Russell Senate Building

11:30 am – Arrive at (SR318)) – Café Rio deliver at 11:30 – Everyone seated and ready by 12:00PM

12:00 am – Café Rio Lunch with Senator Mike Lee – Kennedy Caucus Room  

01:00 pm – FTC, Melissa Holyoak (Confirmed)

01:45 pm - Break

02:00 pm – Congressman Burgess Owens (Congressman Owens Office lining up the room for the group) House Caucus Room

02:45 pm – Congressman Mike Kennedy

03:30 pm – Congresswoman Celeste Maloy

04:15 pm – BLM or EPA

05:30 pm – Depart Hotel for Dinner

05:45 pm – Arrive at Capitol Hill Club (Dress Code, Shirt with a collar, Slacks. Prefer Suit Jacket – No Jeans)
06:00 pm – Dinner with US Chamber as Keynote (Tariffs & Commerce) Should confirm soon, working with Jennings
07:30 pm – Depart for Evening Monument Tour *Bus
